We keep as much stock as possible, so we can supply your order quickly. However...

 

 Some items are made to order, these are clearly indicated on the item pages with information on delivery times. Most made to order items take 6-8 weeks to be made. Please contact us if you have urgent requirements and we will be happy to tell you what we have in stock, current lead times or what is due in.

 

Delivery

·         United Kingdom delivery is FREE on all orders £100 and over. Shipping cost for orders below £100 is £3.95.

·         European delivery is £6.95 (GBP) per order.

·         Worldwide delivery is £9.95 (GBP) per order.

·         Shipping costs are per order and for as many items as you like.

·         Orders are always sent "signed for delivery".

·         We ship to card holder’s billing address only.

·         We accept no responsibility for orders sent to Box numbers.

·         We reserve the right not to fulfil orders from certain countries where we have experienced instances of fraud

 

Gift Vouchers/Credit Notes

·         Gift vouchers can be ordered online and are ideal for last minute presents. Order them by clicking here.

·         Vouchers and Notes are valid for one year from date produced.

 

Online ordering and your security

The website operates a shopping cart. Select the item you want, choose options (Size/Colour/Quantity/etc) and add to shopping cart. On checkout you will be taken to the shipping and  payment method page followed by a payment page. Orders are encrypted for your security and we operate under a SECURE server, so you will see the padlock sign on your browser screen when you enter credit card details. Your card details are then encrypted. We take security seriously and you should to. Never enclose card details in emails to us. If we email you about your card, we will only specify the last four digits of the card number, nothing else.

 

Prices

·         All prices are in United Kingdom pounds sterling (GBP).

·          Please use the currency converter in the top right corner of every web page to work out the price in your currency. Please make sure you select your local currency when using the tool.

 

Payment

·         We accept MasterCard, Access, Visa, Barclaycard, Delta, Solo, Maestro and Visa Debit cards. Simply include the details requested on the order form, and we will charge your card.  All items are listed in UK pounds. The exchange from one currency to another is automatically made by your bank/card company when we charge your card, and you should see the exchange rate applied on your next statement.

·         Payment via Paypal is also available. Please see the PayPal option in our shopping cart. We do not use the automated PayPal payment currently, so once we have reviewed your order, we will manually send you a Request for Payment. This may take up to 48 hours depending on day,

·         UK cheques and postal orders are no longer accepted. You can also pay using cash in our London shop.

·         Credit/debit cards are manually charged after we have reviewed your order. Likewise for Paypal, once we have reviewed we will send a Paypal Request for Payment. We do not take payment automatically at checkout.

 

Exchange/cancellations

Important: Please read the following carefully.

 

·         Please order with care, and contact us in case of any query you may have. We appreciate some customers may fall between sizes or may like to check how particular designers sizes run, please enclose measurements and additional details in case of query. Asking before you order can often save yourself and us time and money.

 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an order please email or telephone us.  Ensure you receive confirmation of cancellation and a cancellation number.  

·         Made to order items are returnable for an exchange. If an exchange is not required/or possible we will apply a 30% restocking fee to any refund.

·         Made to measure items are not refundable or returnable.

·         To comply with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations all other items are refundable/exchangeable provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt (20 days for International orders.  Items must not have been worn and be in their original packaging. If exchanging, please let us know the new size or alternative item required so it can be sourced while the item is on its way back, thus limiting delays

Individual product pages state whether a product is standard stock, made to order or made to measure.

 

Returns

Please note:  If you wish to return an item(s) please contact us in writing by email quoting your Order Number, which is on your Order Confirmation email and the Delivery Note that came with your order. Our shop does not handle returns so please do not ring our 020 7377 0370 number, as they will be unable to help. Do not return any item before we have replied to you.

 

All customers should ensure their return contains their name, address, order number and a brief note about the return. This is also specified on the Delivery Note that comes inside Order packages.

 

Non-European Union customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS or GOODS FOR EXCHANGE as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the return package.

Exchanging Corsets

Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tight when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tightlaced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is returned in brand new condition in original packaging. A corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged. We will exchange your corset once for an alternative size, corsets are not refundable.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control. If you have questions about a garment please contact us before you order, we are always happy to help. Our exchange and returns policy is designed to protect our customers and keep our costs and consequent prices down.

 

We welcome customers suggestions at all times, whether related to an item you'd like us to stock, or feedback on packaging or payment methods.

 

Please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose an import duty.
