Our boutique is on Lamb Street which is part of Old Spitalfields Market, right next to a retro hair salon and surrounded by lots of fantastic bars to grab a delicious cocktail, so you can make a day of spoiling yourself with glamorous treats. The 67 bus stops about 30 seconds walk away on Commercial Street, and it’s easy to find us from Liverpool Street or Aldgate East tube stations too. From Liverpool Street, exit via the ‘Bishopsgate’ exit, and then turn left and walk towards Shoreditch. Either cross the square and follow the signs to Old Spitalfields Market, or take a left into Spital Square and continue until you arrive at Lamb Street. From Aldgate East, exit onto Commercial Street and Lamb Street is the fifth turning on the left. Alternatively, put both our postcode (E1 6EA) and that of your location into the rather handy Journey Planner provided by Transport for London, choose your preferred modes of transport, print off a map, and you’re ready to go!

We’ve updated our adorable babydoll for the new season, as well as created three new styles of satin frilly knickers (because we know you love them so), and a whole host of gorgeous silk dupion and brocade corsets which are perfect for hiding the evidence of all the ice creams you’ve eaten on your holiday…

We have four new styles of satin knickers for you, which feel so delicate against the skin and are perfect for warding off those end-of-Summer blues. With cascading satin ruffles at the rear and a contrast bow at the front, our Frills knickers are available in the classic cabaret colours of scarlet red and black, and in the Ice palette of glacial blue with candy pink accents, which look good enough to eat! Our new Belle ‘French Maid’ knickers are fun and flirty, and look great teamed with black nipple tassels, killer heels and a black feather duster, and if you can pull it off - a cheesy French accent!

Our babydoll is back with a new design, now with stretch lace instead of last season’s heart tulle, and available in two colourways - virginal ivory for Eve, and the Lillith babydoll’s sophisticated black. Worn off-the-shoulder and adorned with satin bow, the babydoll flares out to skim the waist and rests just below the hip.

Ravishing Ruffles - Blossom, Candy and Judy all £199 available in 20″-32″, and Vivien £120, available in 20″-30″. In stock now for immediate dispatch.

Our Blossom overbust corset in baby pink cherry blossom matches our pink classic frilly knickers perfectly, while the pink ribbon pleats and sweetheart cut emphasise the bust. The Candy corset features black boning channels and black ribbon pleating, and goes well with our new black satin Marlene bloomers, pictured above. Continuing the ruffle theme and more suitable for eveningwear is our Judy corset, which for this season comes in burgundy, purple or classic black taffeta, with a pretty black ruffle and ribbon bow. These corset designs are suitable for up to a DD cup and are designed to reduce the waist by up to 4″, and are fully steel-boned, as you might expect. If you got a bit carried away on holiday and your bank statement is looking a bit bleak, our Vivien corset is not only economical at £120, but is also available in three different colourways - black with either ruby red, emerald green or jet black - and comes with matching ribbon lacing. Indulge yourself with our Sumptuous Silks range, which combine the strength of steel boning with the decadence of dupion silk. The Evangeline corset, in either burgundy, royal blue or jade green, is a versatile silk corset which provides a 4″ waist reduction and is suitable for up to a DD cup. Blue Charlotte is decorated with delicate eyelash lace along the boning channels at the front, whilst the burgundy Victoria features crochet black lace along the bustline. Evie is the ultimate in luxury - in either royal blue or jade green silk dupion, with lush deep coque feather trim - and is guaranteed to get you noticed.

Not only did we bring you Mademoiselle Fred’s Autumn/Winter 2009 collection super-quick so you could get your mitts on their delicious lingerie before anyone else gets a chance, we’ve also got another treat for you - we’ve just finished having Mimi Holliday’s elegant yet cheeky offerings photographed on the gorgeous Ulorin Vex, and have all sizes ready to go as soon as you place your order!

The Belle Amour nude silk bra has a layer of pretty black lace which ruffles under the bustline, which matches perfectly with their trademark flirty peep-hole hipster boyshorts, in luxuriously comfortable black stretch lace and nude silk. The nude theme is continued in their Snowdrop set, featuring a balconette bra with gathered silk chiffon and French lace overlay, finished with a cute pale peach silk bow in the centre, again with a matching hipster peep-bole boyshort, this time in nude lace with a silk waistband.

The scarlet Rosada oozes glamour and sex appeal, and the silk chiffon and thick lace which delicately decorates the cleavage will make you feel a million dollars. This is the perfect lingerie set for the tempresses amongst us, especially when worn with the matching bow-back chiffon thong, red lipstick and sky-high heels! It’s not often that a new designer approaches us who is so talented and unique in their creations as Maxine of London, and we are delighted to present her first collection, which has had all of us here at FairyGothMother utterly in lust ever since it arrived. Exclusive to the FairyGothMother website / our Lulu and Lush boutique and handmade in London by Maxine herself, each ensemble is created from ivory and black pure silk satin and delicate silk brocades with the iconic quilting evocative of Chanel, and is finished with ruched silk straps and gold hardware. The ultimate in shapewear design and luxury, Maxine’s cinchers and girdles are fully steel boned to ensure a perfect hourglass figure.

	The 1950’s-inspired bridal lingerie set is absolutely stunning in ivory silk with brocade panels, comprising of a balconette bra, cincher girdle and brief. The underwired bra features brocade and pintuck quilted cups, ruched silk straps and gold hardware. The steel-boned lace-back cincher girdle sits under the bust and provides an excellent waist reduction whilst also shaping the hips, with quilted and brocade panels and detatchable ruched suspender straps. 	The unique waistcoated bra, suspender belt and brief set is handmade from ivory pure silk and brocade with pintuck quilting to create a luxurious ensemble - a must-have for any lingerie connoisseur! The waistcoated balconette bra fastens at the back with mock front lacing and features pintuck quilting panels. This attention-grabbing futuristic ensemble is our absolute favourite, available in black silk with pintuck quilting. The underwired plunge bra has quilted panels on the cups and fits perfectly with the steel-boned girdle corset, designed to cinch the waist whilst also shaping the hips and tummy for maximum impact.
