Entries may be displayed on this website. The winner and finalists will also be featured at the end of the competition.

Make sure you have read the competition's rules before you submit your entry. Any films must be in digital format, written entries must be in English.

The Rules

1. Submissions are open to anyone over 18.
2. Entries must be an original work for categories one and two..
3. The corset theme must be clearly featured in the entry.
4. Artwork can be in any medium.
5. Photographs can be in traditional format or digital, manipulation in photoshop or similar is acceptable. Photographs which feature models must include a model release for entry into the competition with their entry.
6. Images should be 800 x 800 pixel, and 100k max if emailing.Images send on CD can be any size. Short film clips on CD only and should be mailed to us please. DO NOT email.
7. Entries for Customer of the Year are open to any entrant who must be dressed in a FairyGothMother outfit featuring a corset. Photographs do not need to be professional. However, if they are, you must have permission from the photographer to enter the image in the competition.
8. Articles and Short Stories should be no longer than 5000 words in total.
9. Entries must include the full name, address and email address of entrant. E-mail your entry to: comp at fairygothmother.co.uk - Use the subject heading: Corset Competition or mail to FairyGothMother, 7 East Yard, Camden Lock, London, E1 6EA, United Kingdom.
10. We recommend posted entries are copies, not original works.
11. Entrants grant FairyGothMother and associates the right to reproduce their entry freely for publicity and other purposes.Copyright remains with the entrant.
12. We reserve the right to resize entries for web display
13. A maximum of three entries per person is permitted.
14. Employees of FairyGothMother and their families are not eligible to enter the competition.
15. The competition deadline is December 1st 2006 (Finalists will be announced on January 1st, with the winners being annouced on January 15th.)
16. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
17. Vouchers issued will be valid for twelve months
18. We reserve the right to resize entries for web display. Full resolution images at 300dpi must be available on request.
19. Entries may be displayed during and after the competition on this website and may be published in a FairyGothMother book, with full credits. Winning entries will be made available to magazines and journals where appropriate.
20. Entering the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
